Online consultations

We also offer online consultations via Viber, Zoom or another platform agreed in advance, for clients in Bulgaria and abroad. Contact us by phone or email to arrange a suitable time, the platform and the legal fee.

Before the consultation

We clarify your legal issue, the necessary documents and the scope of our assistance. Fees for further work and court representation are agreed separately.

Accessible legal representation

We understand that the cost of legal representation can be a financial burden. Depending on the nature of the matter, we can discuss payment in instalments and, in suitable cases, a fee linked to the outcome achieved.

Following an individual assessment, we also take on cases for people experiencing financial hardship without charging them legal fees, under the Bulgarian Bar Act. In these cases, the court may award legal fees payable by the opposing party.

The terms are agreed in advance after reviewing the facts and documents. Court fees and other costs of the proceedings are discussed separately.
